I am 38 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Since last night, I have been feeling mild lower abdominal pain along with tightness in my belly. The pain is not regular but has been continuing till now. I also feel pain in my thighs, legs, pelvic area, and hips, along with increasing pressure in my pelvis and thighs. My breasts have also started paining suddenly. Baby movements are normal. Could you please advise me if this is normal at this stage, or if I should come for a check-up?
I’m currently in my second trimester and have noticed some changes in my body. While I’ve heard this is often the most comfortable phase of pregnancy, I still experience some symptoms like back pain, leg cramps, and occasional dizziness. I’d love to hear from others about their experiences—what symptoms did you have during this stage? Were there any surprising changes? Also, are there specific things I should be doing to stay comfortable and healthy during this trimester? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
Pregnancy can affect thyroid function, and keeping levels in check is so important for both mom and baby. For those who have dealt with hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, or other thyroid issues during pregnancy, what helped you the most? Any tips on diet, medication adjustments, or symptoms to watch for?
Hey everyone! I’m currently pregnant and wondering about coffee consumption during pregnancy. I’ve heard different opinions on how much is safe, and I want to make sure I’m being cautious. How much coffee (or caffeine in general) do you drink while pregnant, and have you made any changes to your routine? Would love to hear your experiences and any recommendations for alternatives.
I'm currently pregnant and experiencing some cramping. Is this normal? Should I be concerned, or is it just a common symptom? I'd love to hear from others who have experienced this and any advice on when to seek medical attention. Thanks in advance!
